Can sellers and buyers get together without involving full-services brokers who charge 6 percent commissions? Lan Lan Wang thinks so. Her firm, Principal Connections Ltd., in Manhattan, is charging sellers $95 for a listing, and she is charging prospective buyers the same amount to tap into her inventory.… She said an advantage of the service is that buyers see only the units they want to see, rather than the units a full service-broker wants to show them.
